In mid April, The Reporting Project, a nonprofit news organization of the Denison University Journalism Program, ran a story detailing concerns by citizens near the Intel development about the environment impact of proposed asphalt plants, as well as the sale of property to a St. Albans Township zoning official. Key point<\/span>: <\/span>\u201c<\/span>At the end of February, two Shelly Company affiliates expressed interest in installing asphalt plants on the southeast and northwest sides of Alexandria in St. Albans Township.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n
