Suburb considers adding more land to community reinvestment area

 

STORY: It’s possible another 600 plus acres near the Intel site would expand the Oak Grove CRA. Key point: “The CRA/opportunity zone expansion would enable New Albany to offer real property tax exemptions on construction of new structures and the remodeling of existing structures on the acreage, city documents show.”
