A new report from the Brookings Institute cites the struggle of finding enough workers to fill all those job openings for Intel and other high-tech companies coming to Central Ohio.

Key point: ” ‘Fabrication plant work holds out real promise for workers who lack formal degrees but are interested in increasing their pay by upskilling with specific credentials and certificates,’ the report said.”
